Tasks

• Independent alignment of turnkey construction projects, taking into account the technical, deadline and economic objectives.
• Guidance and instruction of the construction site personnel.
• Control of construction process and construction site results.
• General contractor management. Subcontractor coordination.
• Monitoring of execution quality.
• Recognition and implementation of the construction target.
• Addendum recognition and processing. Auditing. Performance report.

Requirements

• Study of civil engineering.
• Several years of experience in Site Management.
• Knowledge of standard software and accounting and calculation programs.
• Comprehensive specialist knowledge.
• Ability to communicate with and lead a team.
• Independent, project and goal-oriented way of working.
